The Administration Office serves as the central hub for Alabama Adult & Teen Challenge, coordinating all operational, administrative, and partnership activities across our four residential recovery centers. Located at the Lincoln Men's Center campus, our administrative team manages the day-to-day functions that keep our life-changing mission moving forward.Our admissions team processes applications, conducts pre-screening interviews, and helps prospective participants and their families navigate the journey from inquiry to enrollment. They work closely with individuals, family members, court systems, churches, and referring organizations to ensure smooth transitions into our program.The administration office also manages donor relations, processing financial contributions and maintaining relationships with individual donors, corporate partners, foundations, and supporting churches. Our development team coordinates fundraising events, grant applications, and partnership opportunities that fund our no-cost and low-cost recovery programs.Operational oversight from this central office ensures that all four residential centers maintain consistent program quality, safety standards, and alignment with our Christ-centered mission.
